NEws About Qualicum's East Village
We will be conducting construction walk-throughs by appointment, allowing you to view the suites and their locations. We will be offering fixed lease terms of 3 years, with an option to renew for an additional 3 years, to limit wear and tear on the building and encourage long-term residency. This will also provide our residents with the security of knowing the rent costs over the lease term. The BC government restricts the amount of rent that can be increased to 3% per year. This will be built into the lease so you will know your fixed costs per year.
Each suite will have a dedicated parking spot and same-floor storage. EV chargers will be available. Up to two pets will be permitted per unit, subject to approval. Everything is included in the rent except for utilities (BC Hydro) and internet/cable. Both TELUS and Shaw (Rogers) services are available in the building.
