The East Village in Qualicum Beach is an exciting new neighbourhood that will bring a unique and appealing spot for visitors and citizens of Qualicum Beach. About Qualicum's East Village
We will be doing by appointment construction walk-throughs so you can look at the suites and the locations. We will be offering fixed lease terms of 3 years with an option to renew for a further 3 years to limit the wear and tear on the building and have long-term residences. This will also provide our residents with the security that they will know what the rent will cost over the lease term. The BC government restricts the amount of rent that can be increased to 3% per year. This will be built into the lease so you will know your fixed costs per year.
Each suite will have a dedicated parking spot and same floor storage. EV chargers will be available. Up to 2 pets will be permitted per unit subject to approval. Everything included in the rent except for utilities (BC Hydro) and internet/cable. Both TELUS and Shaw (Rogers) can be used in the building.
